This machine set-up jig is how I cut the slots in the cyberpunk visors .The fixture holds the flat blanks at a set level but is free to slide side to side while the slotting cutter (Dremel tool slot saw bit in a drill press) cuts the slots to a predetermined length set by replaceable tab patterns .I cut the bottom row of a whole batch ,reset the drill press depth to the next row and repeat .
