After cutting ,deburring ,drilling and stacking more than 230 of them on a 30 inch long 1/4-20 threaded rod thru one end I supported the free ends with the plywood pattern of the wave trace .I then tightend the theaded rod and composite glued the plywood in place let it dry and finshed it up by cutting them flush on the bandsaw and sanding them all flat and smooth .

The mirror strip on the back takes the beam from the rotating MirrorModual and reflects it 90 degrees into the back of the plastic strips .
